International Delivery

We ship worldwide. Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on your location. Please allow 7–14 working days depending on your country.

Order Processing
All orders are carefully packed and dispatched within 1–2 working days. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped, along with tracking details where available.

Packaging
We take great care to ensure your miniatures arrive safely. Wherever possible, we use eco-friendly and recyclable packaging.

Returns Policy

We want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you’re not completely happy, you can return most items for a refund or exchange.

• You have 14 days from receiving your order to notify us if you’d like to return an item.
  
• Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resaleable condition.
  
• Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer (unless the item is faulty or damaged).
  

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund as quickly as possible.
